“Recently I participated in a 10-week fitness challenge with my boyfriend. I did it because I was turning 30, and I was really unhappy with the way I looked, and I was thinking if I don’t make that change now, when will I ever make that change? I really stuck with it – eating healthy, exercising four times a week, no drinking, and just a complete overhaul in lifestyle. And I Iost 20 pounds! Before that, I had never lost a pound in my life! It was a real success, and I am able to feel great today on my birthday. I am really proud of that. It showed me that I can do the things that matter to me. I am really excited to do another fitness challenge which starts in a week. I am now halfway to my goal!”
